CHEMICAL SERVICING WASH for per fancoil unit @ $40.00
COMPRESSOR CHEMICAL WASH (outdoor unit), inclusive of checking gas @ only $65!
TOPPING UP OF R22 GAS @ $65 NETT!
TOPPING UP OF R410A GAS @ $120 NETT !
 *gas top up depending on your aircon model as well.
 
CHEMICAL SEMI OVERHAUL @ $80.00 per fancoil (aircon)
CHEMICAL FULL OVERHAUL @ $130.00 per fancoil (aircon)(*price stated is for standard residential ACs)
 
RELOCATION OF FANCOIL - *from $150 onwards, depending on distance
RELOCATION OF COMPRESSOR - *from $220 onwards, depending on distance.
**P.S.For both relocations as stated per above, A visit to your residence is a needed for a quotation, as re piping etc has to be taken into consideration and see its possiblity to relocate.
Yearly Maintenance Contracts/AgreementsCustomers who might be interested to sign a contract/agreement with us, we DO NOT COLLECT UPFRONT PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT. Our technicians/boss will go down on the scheduled date & time. Upon servicing maintenance, we will then collect payment for whichever services done. No. of times of visits per year will depend on your requirement. We accept ; -
Hostels, Dormitory, Shop Houses Hotels, Landlords, Tenants, Companies, Residential (HDB, Condominiums, Apartments, Landed Properties. Any more not stated here, you may wish to email us! Interested parties may wish to contact us at the below stated email & contact as well .
